Bespoke

If you are looking for a structure outside our wide range of stock, we can design and build any made-to-measure event structure you require, using our in-house team of designers and engineers. Arena Structures will work with you to calculate the design, budget and logistical implications of your most imaginative event visions.

Arena Structures provided this bespoke, glass fronted structure for the headline sponsor of a major international yacht race. The company worked closely with the client’s event management team to create the first ever temporary hospitality facilities at Portsmouth’s new landmark, the Spinnaker Tower, soon after it opened. The structure’s glass front overlooked Portsmouth’s Gunwharf key and offered wonderful views of the decks of yachts moored immediately below, as well as breathtaking Solent scenes. Arena Structures’ teams worked through storms gusting at force seven to create a premium environment that matched the client’s high brand standards.

Holding two different types of event back to back can often enhance both occasions while delivering cost efficiency. This music festival was held immediately after a prominent river-based sports competition so much of the infrastructure was shared by the two events. Arena Structures used its ingenuity and expertise to erect a double deck hospitality structure on a pontoon in the river, using its in-house engineering expertise to carefully assess the stability of the water-based structure. In addition the company built temporary museums, art galleries, bandstands and over 200 sets of WCs and showers.

This bespoke structure was designed and delivered for a high profile ship launch attended by members of the Royal Family. The organisers planned a temporary West End-style theatre created on the dockside. At the core of the project’s success was Arena Structures’ proven ability to co-ordinate closely with other major contractors both within the Arena Group and externally. Arena Structures used a TFS structure to form the auditorium, weighted with several hundred tonnes of concrete ballast. The integrity of the structure and the reliability of in-house engineering calculations were thoroughly tested by appalling weather during the build. The complex and luxuriously finished seating system was provided by Arena Structures’ sister company, Arena Seating.
